This year’s Wheeler-Booth Memorial Lecture at the SPG’s Annual Weekend was delivered by the Leader of the House of Commons, Rt Hon Jacob Rees Mogg on the 8th January 2021. The subject of this year’s lecture was ‘Why Parliament Matters’.
